Love your blog !!!
I love your blog!
I have just started a blog about my life in London too: http://mytodaysworld.weebly.com/index.html
Hi, thanks again for your comment! Finally I tried Prufrock cafe recently, and will write about my experience next week. I think Tajima-Tei is one of the best Japanese restaurants in the area, though there aren’t many in Clerkenwell, and my favorite dish is Matsumae sushi (it’s not an usual sushi with raw fish but with preserved Mackerel with vinegar). I’ve never noticed the fumes, but the restaurant is not modern or cool, and this is the reason I don’t write about them on my blog…
Oh hey, I never realised you’d replied =) They are the exact places I was thinking of as well, those blogs must have escaped me! Yeah, Prufrock is really bare, I have not been there yet either. Oh I have eaten at Tajima-Tei also, but tbh what really puts me off about the place is the stale-oil smelling fumes that come out the side of that restaurant, it is incredibly strong and I walk past it every day and feel really sickly when I smell it =( I better find your Leather Lane blogs and catch up now lol ^^
Hi, Nitsy!
I go to Leather Lane some times, and wrote about few places on my blog, such as Department of Coffee and Social Affairs and Kin.
I want to try Prufrock coffee but haven’t had a chance yet… Also I like the Japanese restaurant called “Tajima-tei”. But the interior is not my cup of tea, so I don’t write about it though.
Lastly, thanks for your comment!!
Hi,
i am subscribed to you and read your blog on email =) I love your experiences of London, and in particular have noticed that you are in the Exmouth Market/Clerkenwell/Farringdon end quite a lot, which is where I work, so am very intrigued in discovering these various eateries myself one day too! Have you blogged about Leather Lane yet? It’s very vibrant and I have noticed a couple of trendy cafes popping up in the last year, perhaps you can visit there and blog about it?
Nitsy x
Thanks for your comment – very encouraging :-)
Pictures are so beautiful. Comment is clear to read.
So good !
Thanks for your comment! It is encouraging for me to receive a compliment from a reader :-)
I studied MA at a university in US, so I had to studied English hard – at that time. My English is still far from perfect, and that’s the reason why I am writing my blog also in English to practice my writing. Hope my writing has been improved since the first day of my blog…
I love your photos! A good deal of info about London is amazing! How did you learn English? – I am always wondering…
Thanks for your comment! I hope you enjoy exciting city London one day – but better avoid the winter. UK is in traffic chaos now due to the big cold front, and UK is not used to this extreme weather!
Hello
I have just discovered your blog. I really like it – I have notebooks full of observations about going about this city, and it is interesting to read your thoughts and see the pictures too.
Glad I found it (could almost be the name of another blog)
