Design Museum Eco Bag

デザイン・ミュージアム特製のエコ・ショッピング・バッグ。不織布製で、お値段はたったの£1ポンド。ミュージアム・ショップやウェブショップで買える。Buildによってデザインされたミュージアム・ショップのロゴ入りのバッグは、デザイン・ミュージアムらしく、スタイリッシュで可愛い。サイズは、31cm×35cm（ウェブショップのものより小さい？）、マチ12cmで、いつも大量の食料を買い込む（消費は主にM）私たちの、スーパーマーケット用としては小さすぎるけれど、ちょっとした買い物や近所の散歩等には便利そうだ。

Design Museum eco-bag. This re-usable non-woven bag costs only £1. You can buy this stylish bag with the shop logo designed by Build, either at the museum shop at the Design Museum or online shop. The size is 31cm×35cm with gusset width 12cm (seems smaller than the bag sold on the web shop) – it is too small for our usual grocery shop (we buy tons of foods, mostly consumed by M), but perfect for a small shopping or little chores.

ミュージアムの外にある展示コーナー「Tank」では、10月4日まで開催中の「Super Contemporary」展の一環として、ファッションを学ぶ学生3人が、ビーフィーター・ジン（この展示のスポンサー）のラベルでお馴染みの、ロンドン塔の衛兵隊であるヨーマン・ウォーダー（ビーフィーター）の制服を再解釈して制作した作品を展示している。伝統的な制服と、背景のライトアップされたタワーブリッジとマッチして、いい感じ。

The exhibition corner outside called ‘Tank’ displayed the one of the London’s iconic uniform, the State Dress of the Tower of London’s Yeoman Warders, or ‘Beefeaters’ (as you see on the label of Beefeater Gin, a sponsor of the exhibition), re-interpreted by three fashion students, as a part of current exhibition “Super Contemporary“. The exhibition matched with the lit-up Tower Bridge on the back and really atmospheric.
